This Tuesday November 9th from 9am-3pm, The Upper East Tennessee Human Development Agency will be hosting a Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) event at BrightRidge in Johnson City.
This event will give you the opportunity to apply for financial assistance on your utility bills.
Please bring the following with you:
– Copy of State ID
– SSN for everyone in the home
– 12 month utility history
– Copy of current energy bill
– Proof of income (last 30 days)
