When submitting events for the Community Calendar, please make sure they are either free to the public or that all proceeds support a local charity.
Please submit at least two (2) weeks prior to your event.
If you would want your event announced on the air, please contact Lesa Horne, Business Development Director, for special event packages that will promote your event to our listeners and support the ministry of WCQR.
Feed the Fire 2023

9th Annual event, in honor of Weston Keeton who died at age 7 on 3/23/2014 and to thank the local Fire Departments whom Weston loved, we are asking the community, businesses, churches and clubs to join the Keeton family in taking snacks and drinks or meals to your local Fire Department for their unselfish service to the community in honor of Weston. Please coordinate your time with the Fire Department you choose that best meets both needs.
