When submitting events for the Community Calendar, please make sure they are either free to the public or that all proceeds support a local charity.
Please submit at least two (2) weeks prior to your event. Events will be posted on the community calendar one (1) week prior to your event.
If you would want your event announced on the air, please contact Randy Pierce, Director of Business Development, for special event packages that will promote your event to our listeners and support the ministry of WCQR.

Phillips & Banks are an outstanding music group with a true heart for God. Their music and their message inspire and encourage all who hear them in their faith. Look them up on Facebook at Phillips & Banks. Come join the worship celebration at Emory United Methodist Church (off Fall Creek near Warrior’s State Park). Weather permitting, we will be in our Picnic Shelter, so bring a chair. We will move into the sanctuary if the weather is uncertain. The event is FREE but a love offering will be taken.
