The Washington County, Tennessee Animal Shelter announced Sunday that it’s offering free dog or puppy microchipping after a community member donated 100 free microchips to the shelter.
Washington County or Johnson City residents interested will need to fill out a form and schedule an appointment by CLICKING HERE.
