I stopped my meds. The side effects outweigh benefit & make me more unwell, easier to look after myself on none, they seriously damaged my brain memory and focus. without I get extra stress. plan 2 c my doc, it hurts 2 think 2 hard on them, they give me confusion. I try 2 think about nothing 2 cope. Its horrid I've had enough.
