Adam graduated from Appalachian State University with a B.A. in Communications and a concentration Electronic Media and Broadcasting with a minor in Business Management. He serves locally as an on-air talent co-hosting The Morning Show with Rhonda Lacey and is also the General Manager of WCQR. Corporately, Adam serves as VP of Operations and the Director of Audio Production for Positive Alternative Radio, leading the PAR group to create and deliver experiences that inspire listeners to live passionately for Jesus Christ.

His career in radio started in 2009 with PAR at their Joy FM station based in North Carolina before he pursued his goals of being a morning host. In the spring of 2014, he moved to the WCQR team in East Tennessee to fulfill that goal and has continued to further develop the PAR Audio Production team. He became General Manager of WCQR in 2016.

Beyond PAR and WCQR, Adam invests his time and talents serving in his church, Red Stone Church in Elizabethton. Adam enjoys hiking with his wife Katie and their dog, Boone.
