Attached at the Heart Parenting Program

Life is busy. Parenting keeps you even busier. As parents, a day can revolve around meal preparation, chores, homework, driving to appointments and extracurricular activities, career responsibilities, co-parenting, ensuring everyone gets enough sleep, and hopefully finding time for themselves! If only there were a way to deal with all of this better!

Attached at the Heart might be the answer. Participants have the opportunity to learn about child development and expectations, proven strategies for tantrums and chores, and find support and friendships. Attend sessions to gain confidence in your parenting skills– and yourself!

During the 10-Week online series, we’ll be sharing about the developmental stages children experience, neuroscience, and positive discipline, to trust the intuitive knowledge of the child. Ultimately, we want to support our parents so they can build a foundation that will strengthen healthy child attachment.

No weekly commitment is required, and sessions cycle back to the beginning. That means you can pop in and out as you wish, but we believe you’ll find the class interesting and engaging enough to want to keep coming back!

We can all stand to learn more about parenting, and we can start anytime, no matter the age of our children. So join us in person or online and make parenting sweet!
