Health Fair at Sulphur Springs

Ballad Health Mobile Health Clinic and Mammogram coach will be at Sulphur Springs Baptist Church on Wednesday, April 24th, 1 – 6 pm.
BP and blood sugar checks will be done along with A1cs if indicated. Multiple vendors will be present for education and referrals as needed. Insurance will be filed if available. Services are FREE for those with NO insurance.
