Health Fair – Free Event for No Insurance and those with Insurance will be filed
April 17 @ 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Boones Creek Christian Church – Union Campus at 3639 Cherokee Rd. Jonesborough, TN – will be hosting a Health Fair for those with and without insurance on April 17, 2024 from 1-6 pm. The Ballad Health Mobile Coach with a Nurse Practitioner and the Mammogram Bus will be available. You may schedule an appointment at the link below or call 423-282-2048. There will be 15 plus Health vendors present plus you may get your BP, Glucose and A1C checked without appointments.
