Tiger is now into his third decade of being a part of the team at WCQR. He has been a Saturday Host for all that time and can be heard occasionally filling in for other air shifts as well as voicing many on-air promotional spots. For many years, he was the host of Community Focus, highlighting local ministries and missions who are changing our community for the better, but he turned those reins over to Christian Studer who continues to carry that torch.

When not gracing the airwaves of WCQR, Dr. Tiger Brooks is the Associate Pastor at Indian Springs Baptist Church in Kingsport where he has served for 14 years. He is a native of Kingsport, TN where he continues to reside with his wife, Paige, who also serves alongside him as Worship Associate at ISBC, and their faithful dog, Archie. They have one daughter, Ellie, attending University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Go Vols!

Tiger is passionate about making disciples of Jesus Christ, family, coffee, East Tennessee, and the Big Orange! He has been privileged to travel the world on mission trips, teaching and preaching and encouraging the local churches wherever he has been able.
